We're off - 77 people made the first lake swim! Join us! It gives a whole new perspective on life when you look up at a duck and watch it launch itself out of the water right in front of you!
You may very well be interested to know that Dave 'Trotter' Eastman's autobiography, 'ere Trotter Warts and All' is now available for order.
The event raised over £1,300 for the Parkinsons Disease Society (PDS), which adds to the £1,337.30 raised by Alex Broadbent when he took Trotter's place in the London Marathon earlier in the year. All in, that's more than £2,600 for the PDS from extraordinary individuals and extraordinary events!

So, please have a listen to a couple of inspirational characters bigging up the tri club and the Any Old Iron Man event (MP3).
