Any Old Iron Man 2010

Welcome to 'Any Old Iron Man' 1st - 31st May 2010

Cambridge Triathlon Club is pleased to announce the 2nd annual Any Old Iron Man Event.

This event is an inclusive triathlon event which gives you a whole month to undertake any triathlon distance you feel you can stretch to.

If you want to take on the original Any Old Iron Man, this is the standard long distance triathlon event distances:

• 2.4 Miles (3.86km) Swim
• 112 Miles Bike (180.24 Km)
• 26.2 Miles Run (42.16 Km)

Most athletes undertaking a classic Ironman event do all of this within a day but we can't all do that so you can choose how to approach this event, pick the distance you want to try for and get your friends to sponsor you to complete this within the month of May 2010.

Competitors will log their individual times and distances with independent verification and you will get a certificate for the distance you achieve - you can even buy a T-Shirt or Mug!

To Enter you will just need to make a £10 direct donation (£5 if you are at school) to the Teenage Cancer Trust fundraising campaign.
